AMX1390 process

 So as i'm not guaranteed to win the Armoured Persona contest being held in World of Tanks, that's alright, there was stiff competition and some well deserved winners such as whom you can check out his entry which was among the top 3 chosen by WG. So congratulations to him, and i wish him a painful and excruciating death  
Oh well, till the next contest then.

But here's a bunch of sketches i did for the contest, in regards to the concept design and ideas that went into it. Initially i wanted to go for a more grounded modern special forces look, with some modifications such as the helmet. While i was tempted to give her some kind of power armor, it was only after i watched the movie Edge of Tomorrow aka All You Need is KILL, that i was inspired to add exoskeletons based on the 'jackets' from the movie. I've never done this sort of thing before, and i was struggled to make it look practical and good. It somehow looks like a rushed prototype rather, and i wish i had more experience and practice with designing it. But it was a fun and interesting subject to get into, something i'll have to practice more on.
